When will I get my question answered?!

Quick! We usually have your questions answered in less than an hour if you email or use the form below. Now, keep in mind that we live on the East Coast. That said, we have sales reps on call until you folks on the West Coast quit working. Which means if you choose to call you will be able to talk to an actual human until about 8pm Eastern Time. Yes, our sales reps are glued to their Blackberries.

What questions can I ask?!

Pretty much anything involving lighting, ballasts, fixtures, batteries, and recycling. If you're not sure what the difference between a MH175/U/M,a MVR175/U/MED, and a M175/MED we can help you out.
