IPP warrants to the purchaser of its ballasts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the specified warranty periods starting from the date of manufacture indicated on ballast. If it appears within the specified warranty period that any IPP Ballast does not meet the warranty specified, IPP, at its option, will replace or repair the defective ballast.
