The LSG Roadway Luminaire provides a one-for-one replacement for existing HID roadway installations. Lighting Science Group brings into balance the need to responsibly illuminate the roadway while reducing energy consumption, producing better uniformity and lowering operating costs over the lifespan of the fixture.
For ease of installation, the LSG Roadway Luminaire uses traditional cobrahead features such as a standard 1 ¼” to 2” OD mastarm with 5° level adjustment, and an optional NEMA twistlock photocell receptacle.
Designed with clean lines and a streamlined casting, the LSG Roadway Luminaire eliminates the need for external fins by regulating its cooling system through the use of internal thermal management.
Maintenance-friendly LED technology eliminates costly relamping and reballasting as well as the need for a large inventory of replacement materials. Direct line wiring is used in place of starters or capacitors to further reduce traditional maintenance issues.
